The last form you’ll fill.
Moving, renaming or changing banks? One missed update means denied claims.
We update your new location with NPPES, Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid, every insurance plan you bill, CAQH, your licenses and DEA. Then we track each one until it’s confirmed.
- Every payer and agency on one list, built from your roster
- Filed with the right effective dates
- A tracker until each plan shows the new location
Payers don’t find out you moved. You have to tell each one.
Your NPI record, your Medicare enrollment, your Medicaid file and every plan you bill each keep their own copy of your address. When one doesn’t match where you see patients, claims can be rejected and payments can go to the old address. The rules also come with deadlines:
Some plans treat a new location as a new enrollment, not just an address change. We find those up front, so a billing gap doesn’t surprise you.
How it works
Three steps. You do the first one.
Send us your roster
Your providers and NPIs, the plans you bill, the new address and the date you start seeing patients there.
We file everything
Each portal, form and plan, with the right effective date: NPPES, PECOS, Medicaid, CAQH, every payer, licenses and DEA.
We chase it to done
A tracker with each filing and its confirmation. We follow up with plans until your new location shows.

Questions
Why does a missed update cause denied claims?
Plans check the location on a claim against the provider file they hold. If yours still shows the old address, claims can be rejected or held, and payments can go to the wrong place.
What does the $1,500 include?
Building your full update list from your roster, preparing and filing each update, and following up until each one is confirmed. It’s our introductory price for a single-location move. Filing fees, if any, are extra at cost, and we tell you before you pay.
Do you do new credentialing too?
This service updates enrollments you already have. If a plan needs a new application for your new site, we tell you up front and can quote it separately.
Do I have to share passwords?
No. Where a system allows delegated access, like a surrogate in CMS’s I&A system for PECOS, we set that up so you never share a login. For the rest, we walk you through it on a short call.
We have several providers or locations.
Tell us in the form. We confirm the price on the call before anything is charged.
How early should we start?
As soon as you know your move date. Many filings need an effective date, and some plans take weeks to process. We plan what goes out before, on and after the move.
Is this available now?
We’re taking on a limited number of practices to start. Sending your details isn’t a commitment. We talk first, and you only pay once you agree to the scope.
